The Merry What?
Everyone knows ice cream is delicious, and while no one knows for certain where and when it was invented, the earliest mention historians can find was on the banquet menu of a party thrown by King Charles II. Ole Charlie was so fond of partying, in fact, he earned the moniker “The Merry Monarch.”
We chose this as our name to remind ourselves that ice cream can be regal, creative and a whole bunch of fun. Party on, Charlie.

We believe that ice cream should be fun, delicious and always made with the highest quality ingredients. That’s why at Merry Monarch we use 100% local dairy and make all our mix-ins from scratch in-house to flavor our unique, chef inspired creations. We hope you enjoy eating ice cream as much as we enjoy making it.
